Our Content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, characters, and software, is owned by Fictionaire and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (your messages, story choices, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FICTIONAIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
